|Exhibit:||Discover the Green Line|
|When:||July 10 – September 11, 2013|
Urbanspace Gallery, 401 Richmond Street West, Toronto, ON
This exhibition showcases the winning submissions of the Green Line Ideas Competition, organized by Workshop Architecture. Designers and community members were invited to create a new vision for the public use of a 5km stretch of hydro corridor in midtown Toronto, north of Dupont from Lansdowne to Spadina. The resulting designs highlight the potential of the site to perform as a key public space and opens up discussion on the inventive activation of other similar spaces throughout North American cities.
See greenlinetoronto.ca to find out more about the Green Line vision and to see all 77 ideas submitted to the competition.
Discover the Green Line is curated by Workshop Architecture and sponsored by the Centre for City Ecology.
